Medical – Abby
This is our little Abby. She’s 13 years old and one of the sweetest little seniors in our Sanctuary. After a fun morning, everyone was settling down for their afternoon nap and Abby made the mistake of crawling into the wrong bed. One of our very elderly dogs, got startled and attacked little Abby.
Abby was badly bitten on her face with possibly some damage to her eye. She has a puncture wound below her eye as well as her tongue. Abby doesn’t have any teeth so her tongue is always sticking out.
Every so often, we put out a plea for medical assistance and our village has always come through to help out. Our hope is that you may be able to assist us yet again. You can use the donate button on this page or if you would like to use Paypal directly, send your donation to donations@forgottenpaws.org. When using Paypal, if you select “Friends & Family” it saves us having to pay a fee.

September 25, 2016 – Update
Little Abby has been to the vet and is on the mend. Her puncture wounds have been treated as was her eye. We think she has lost a little vision in her right eye, but the rest of her is healing just fine. Dawn has reported that she is acting her normal, happy self.
Thank you for your support!!
